Quick Kid Friendly Valentine's Decoration

This was a last minute attempt at combating boredom with my girls. It was super-fast and required no prep. My kind of craft....
We took Valentine's foam stickers and some thread. The girls had to match like shapes, take the paper off the back and put one sticky side up on the table. Then, they put the thread over it and put the same shape on top (like a sandwich). I taped the thread up in front of our window. It was a great fine motor exercise and, for my little perfectionist, a good exercise in understanding that everything doesn't have to be perfect.
